We then dive into the eight essential OMAT exercises: gratitude, meditation, writing, stretching, planking, breaking procrastination, connection, and aerobic movement. Each practice is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, challenge your comfort zone, and celebrate small wins.

Today’s focus is on experimenting with movement, thoughts, and emotions—without judgment. Whether it’s writing down persistent thoughts, holding a plank, or simply saying hello to someone, these practices help build resilience, focus, and self-awareness.
