I'm sure you've had a time in your life where you've worked incredibly hard towards a specific goal. Maybe, it's obtaining your ideal job, working towards a certain award, or even getting into your dream college. You put everything you have into it... and suddenly... due to factors outside of your own control... it just doesn't work out. It feels as if weeks, months, years of hard work goes down the drain–as if, it was all for nothing. In this week's episode, Sophie Nelson returns (yes, this is her second episode!) to tell her "down the drain" story. Sophie just graduated from high school, and dealt with a nasty injury that put her high school athlete career to an early end.  Elena and Sophie discuss how to overcome setbacks and navigate social cliques.
