I'm joined by my new friend Sonya Blankenship—a true veteran in the world of home loans—which we talk a ton about. Though, what I found most interesting about one of my first conversations with her was her love of gardening, hunting, fishing, and anything outdoors! And appropriately enough—the great outdoors is where we are recording for this episode. We met at Sonya's lovely country home surrounded by greenery and a beautiful and oh-so-cozy back patio that made me feel right at home.
