Jesus teaching on giving is for us to give to the poor and the needy, God wants us to give secretly too without showing off or publicising it, then again God is not a gambler, so it's a wrong teaching of false prophets when they tell you to give and it will become times ten in few weeks, it's a wrong teaching. God says our rewards is in heaven. When we give in a way that God approves of we are building our treasures in heaven, even though from earth here we start receiving the rewards like the feeling of fulfillment we receive because we are doing something right is a blessing too and many other ways God comes through for us. If people ask you give to them don't insult them. Let there be no oppression of the poor. This is the teaching of Jesus Christ. May God help us. Amen.
