Usually we divide people into two groups: adventurous or cautious. But in reality most of us are a mixture of both — it just depends on the scenario.    Olivia and I break this down to the nitty gritty and look at the importance of being open to new things because learning to see where we enjoy risks (i.e. food, travel, conversation etc) and where we prefer safety and security is so helpful with our quest in growing as people.
