OCD & ME is a podcast all about aiming to help humanise mental health. I am not a doctor it’s is all about the experiences I have had with heightened anxiety in the form of OCD over the last 8 years & ongoing. I will giving Information about mental health through the research I have conducted, I will also be telling stories of my experiences and chatting to friends and family who had been on the journey with me. Guests will be a part of the podcast to chat about their experiences too, while incorporating clips of music that have helped me and them get through our troubles. I want to create a safe space for people to listen and get involved in opening up and chatting about their mental health as it’s so important and a big issue in today’s society. So join me it’s not all going to be doom and gloom.
