Amol returns from Goa and is faced with a barrage of changes at his workplace. In the meantime, it is becoming evident that the changing economic environment is putting the Village Market project into financial distress. Amol learns that the developers have not paid his company for the past several months. A lunch meeting with Naresh, the right hand man of the owner of Apogee Developers, results in Amol helping them to save millions of Rupees on another project.
