Agata is a two-time entrepreneur (one exit) and an investor. She spent the past 7 years working in fintech. First, at a clearing house startup, second as a founder of a blockchain capital markets startup selling to major investment banks. Recently, she moved to Venture Capital, investing in fintech founders, and founded Female Foundry (femalefoundry.co) - a community and mentorship platform of over 5,000 female founders and investors across Europe with the mission to bring more diversity into the Venture Capital ecosystem and more funding to female entrepreneurs.
