Listen "Episode 14: Supporting your neurodiverse team"
Episode Synopsis
So last week I popped up a post on my social media of my top 5 tips for supporting neurodivergent staff and it
had a lot of traction and I had lots of messages sent to me, so I thought I would expand a little on this episode with you today.
Now, obviously I have mentioned my top 5 tips, but as always, as we do for our neurodivergent children, their
needs will differ, and so whilst these are 5, there may be a total different 5 for the 5 neurodivergent staff you may have in your early years team! Therefore, like I always say, we need to ensure that we know each unique member of your team, how their condition presents for them, what that means to them and which accommodations or
adaptions will be the preferred, and the best for them.
