Critically acclaimed novelist and essayist Andrea Goldsmith discovered the wonderful world of reading as a child and as soon as she learned that books were written by real people, she decided that was what she wanted to do. Her first novel was published 35 years ago. Her ninth title, The Buried Life, was released recently, and is a story of love and friendship, faith and fundamentalism, subtly underscored by the power of poetry and music.
