Welcome back Nightbirds! This week I had the pleasure of speaking with Lance Baker. Lance is a hypnotherapist and energy healer based out of Australia. We had an amazing conversation. This one is not to be missed, Not only did Lance share his amazing story of how he discovered Reiki healing, but we also talked about past lives, simulation theory, and hypnosis. We talked about how to have two-way conversations with parts of ourselves who may be out of alignment, and aspects of the other that we'd like to integrate into ourselves. We talked about the inner child, and the inner dragon, and how to unite with both of those powerful aspects, bringing them into relation with our conscious thought process.
