Marci’s first career was as a college golf coach until she got out of the sun and took a desk job. In her current position she has watched how women coaches have had to adjust to the pandemic restraints on their profession and how their coaching styles have adapted. We also hear how she learnt to adapt when she hiked the Appalachian Trail alone—a true test of character and resilience to an ever changing environment.
