On part 2 of this week's episode, we interview cartoonist Navied Mahdavian. Navied shares his story of leaving his career as a fifth grade teacher to move to a cabin in Idaho to focus on cartoons. A year after laboring over his cartoons, Navied went to New York and sold a cartoon to The New Yorker with his very first batch! We talk about that path in detail and he shares some of his favorite cartoons.
