Would you pick important logistical things like a good location or musical instruments? Would you pick key ministries such as discipleship or children's programs or music or outreach? Would you pick six core values such as a warm welcome, forgiveness, or generosity?

The question of what is most important in any Christian community has been asked for two thousand years! And the same answers still hold true! You might be surprised to find that the critical building blocks that the apostles Peter and Paul urged the earliest Christians to use were "soft-skills", not technical skills, location or ministry decisions, or even core values! The apostles knew that Christ-like behavior and attitudes are the true building blocks of any church or Christian community!
