Welcome to Project One, a campaign to achieve a collective goal; One Team, One Goal, One Charity. This week Corey and Jordan discussed the topic of Mental Health and the importance of this within the workplace. Jordan, a trained Mental first aider opens up about his experiences about Mental Health and explains how he manages his mental health. Each week, we will be discussing various subjects which relate to our project and performing to our best at Neutronic Technologies. The aim of the project is educate and discuss how we can improve as a organisation to perform the best in and out of work.
