--Against the backdrop of a sweltering summer and a relentless turf war between armed-to-the-teeth Jamaican and Colombian street gangs in 1997 Los Angeles, someone is picking off drug lords and innocents alike. Now, as Harrigan disobeys a direct order, the grizzled police officer is on the trail of the alien bone collector, in a desperate attempt to clean up the city's mean streets.
