Yielding to God’s Call is often wrestling with the challenge of letting go of my dignity to answer God’s stirring in my heart, as inspired by 2 Samuel 6:14: “Then David danced before the Lord with all his might; and David was wearing a linen ephod.” Like David, I’m called to abandon pride and self-consciousness to become a vessel for God’s healing, restoration, and kingdom-building work. With raw honesty and biblical depth, I explore what it means to move when I sense God’s prompting, even when it feels uncomfortable or costly. I reflect on the freedom that comes from yielding my ego to embrace His purpose—whether through bold acts of faith, heartfelt worship, or humble service.
