Hey Friend!

 

This is a real and raw episode - I didn’t expect to be recording an episode this month but I decided to get on the mic and just let it flow.

 

In this episode I want to talk to you about the importance of trusting the process and how to pick yourself up when you start feeling stuck. I talk about my current situation in having to trust the process with my healing from surgery.

 

I know in these times of waiting we can feel so alone but I want you to know that you are not alone! We all feel fear and worry when we are in the season of waiting and working, no matter who you are.
