Join me Alison Elizabeth as we read Philippians 4:13 which says "Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.""Rest is so vital. So why is it so hard for us to take a break? I think some of us have an innate trait that doesn't want help from others, including God. We work three times as hard instead of asking others for help. I think that derives from the fear of failure. How many of us know we can't be “on” at all times. We need to rest and recharge.  This verse is telling us that God will strengthen us. He will help us. Through it all.  So give this day to Him, give this weekend to Him.  Let me recharge you. Let Him strengthen you.
