Listen "Replace And Pace | Robby Williams"
Episode Synopsis
Most of us live with schedules and habits that are completely maxed out, leaving no margin for what truly matters. Thankfully, God isn't asking us to pile more onto our overloaded lives. Instead, He invites us to replace corrupting rhythms with transformative ones that draw us closer to Him. In Ephesians 4:22-24, Paul outlines this process: put off the old self, be renewed in your thinking, and put on the new self created to be like God in righteousness and holiness. Replacing unhealthy patterns with godly ones is challenging because our flesh resists change, the enemy attacks our efforts, and the world pressures us to conform. When we decide to build healthier rhythms—whether in managing money, caring for our bodies, or investing in relationships—we enter spiritual warfare. Success requires following the five key principles: replacing rather than adding, expecting resistance, maintaining proper pacing, taking small, consistent steps, and finding accountability. The goal isn't perfection but consistent growth. By identifying one specific rhythm to replace, determining what will take its place, connecting it to existing habits, finding accountability, removing obstacles, and celebrating small wins, we can experience lasting transformation. God invites us to replace what corrupts with what transforms, one small step at a time. Our mission is to multiply God’s Kingdom through being and making disciples everywhere.Be. Make.
