Darren Light is a mechanical engineer by trade and started investing in real estate in 2016. In April of 2018, he left his corporate job to pursue real estate full time. His portfolio consists of over 600 units in transactions totaling over $20M.  Darren completes five to eight flips per year and has multiple active projects in Knoxville, TN, and the Tri-Cities area.  He and his partners have ventured into the RV Park space this past December totaling 232 lots.
