আজ আমি নতুন একটি ভিডিও নিয়ে আপনাদের সামনে হাজির হলাম। আশা করি আপনাদের ভালো লাগবে। আজ ঘরোয়া পদ্ধতিতে কিভাবে পিয়াজু তৈরি করতে হয় সেটা আপনাদের করে দেখাবো। তো চলুন বন্ধুরা আমার ভিডিওটি উপভোগ করুন।
পিঁয়াজু তৈরির জন্য প্রথম উপকরণ হিসেবে পেঁয়াজ কাঁচামরিচ এবং বেসন প্রয়োজন। প্রথমে পেঁয়াজ এবং কাঁচা মরিচ কুচি কুচি করে কেটে নিতে হবে। তারপর বেসনের সাথে পেঁয়াজ মরিচ পরিমান মত লবন এবং পানি দিয়ে মিস করতে হবে। তারপরে একটি প্রাণী থাকে এবং তাতে তেল দিতে হবে এবং গরম করতে হবে।
এরপর ছোট ছোট করে খামি থেকে গরম তেলের মধ্যে ছেড়ে দিতে হবে। এভাবেই আমরা খুব সহজ পদ্ধতিতে বাড়িতে পিয়াজু তৈরি করে খেতে পারি।
পেঁয়াজ আসলে আমাদের গ্রাম বাংলার ছবি প্রিয় একটি খাবার সকলের। ছেলেমেয়ে সকলেই এটি খুবই পছন্দ করে।

Today I appeared before you with a new video. I hope you like it. Today I will show you how to make onions at home. So let's enjoy my video friends.
Onion pepper and besan are required as the first ingredients for making onion. First you have to chop the onion and green chillies. Then mix the onion and pepper with the amount of salt and water. Then there is an animal and it has to be oiled and heated.
Then leave in small amounts of yeast in hot oil. This way we can make and eat onions at home in a very simple way.
Onion is actually a favorite food of everyone in our village Bengal. Everybody loves it.
