I feel like I've gone back in time to when part of my job included level one IT support. Getting students up and running from a distance isn't easy. On my end, I need to stop worrying too much about getting the best content out. I need to focus my efforts on getting content out that is good enough. Today wasn't as exciting as yesterday but it was nice to have a smoother day.
