In this podcast, “Trauma Informed Hope, Part 2”, Dr. Christie will share about intentional Mindfulness, Trauma Informed Self Awareness, Trauma Coping Skills and the importance of having a growing discipline of giving God His space in our lives for healing and sustainable growth as we journey with trauma sensitivity. As you know, hope is having a general feeling that some desire or expectation will be fulfilled. Biblical Hope brings it further with having the “God Factor”. Romans 15:13 informs us that “God is the source of all hope”. Listen as Dr. Christie passionately shares in Part 2 on “Trauma Informed Hope”.
