The bounty of the harvest is a blessing indeed. Fall is a season known for harvest and loss as it brings in a Fresh Start. There are things to be loosened and removed as we prepare ourselves for a fresh start in making a difference in our lives and in the lives of others.  In our last podcast, we continued with the Summer 2023 overarching theme of “Soul Care” with the thought that we have been given “A New Season, Make a Difference.” Today’s Podcast we want to continue with this focus, titled: “New Start, New Harvest.” As we journey through the pathway of our lives, the life of faith can be characterized by a series of stages that will lead us progressively toward healthy spiritual living, and engaging others well.  What really makes a difference in our lives is to know our identity in Christ and be willing to allow God to use us in this new season with a “Fresh Start and “Fresh Fuel” for His will and purpose in these times. We must “release and relinquish” those things that hinder us from stepping into “the new” that God is calling us to.  This is done with our hands and our hearts open to be used by God as His vessels. Elder Dominic Scerbo from Calvary Church in Trumbull who serves as a volunteer Ally in our I CARE OUTREACH Training Center will join me in this conversation.
