The Korean War is called "The Forgotten War" for good reason. It gets practically disregarded behind WWI, WWII and Vietnam. However, "Devotion" brings it into focus and even more importantly, it focuses on naval aviator Jesse Brown. He was one of the first black pilots in the military and had to endure real racism. In spite of that, he served with valor and distinction, alongside his wingman Tom Hudner. Jonathan Majors plays Jesse Brown and Glen Powell from "Top Gun: Maverick" plays Tom Hudner.
