In our final episode of series 1 of the Move Beyond Words podcast, Elizabeth and Charlotte sat down with one of Britain’s leading athletes, Adelle Tracey. Coming from a neurodiverse family, Adelle has always felt supported by those closest to her. However, she is no stranger to adversity. Adelle Tracey should have been in the final stages of her preparations for the Tokyo Olympics, but like all of us, Britain’s 800-metre runner was sent on a different path this year.This year Adelle has become an ambassador for the British Dyslexia Association and remains a role model and inspiration for us all.
