With an effervescent passion for beauty in her younger years, Alicia worked at a cosmetic counter and hosted a beauty radio show and eventually landed in marketing. When it came time to grow a family, she rejoiced at the win of two beautiful, healthy children, but struggled with the loss of her lashes. She met a chemist at a trade show who presented her with a solution.
