Episode Synopsis
For this episode of my Misrepresentation of Drum and Bass series I was joined by Bengo. He speaks on how his history within the music scene and previous knowledge geared him towards mixing and producing, and gives 3 pointers to any prospective DJs that he found aided his success. We also touched on his involvement with the Traumatik controversy and he speaks on his personal experience with Traumz providing him a jumping point and the benefits of networking within the scene. Bengo also speaks on the importance of consistency and dedication towards the art form, and how the covid-19 pandemic helped provide the time for him to hone his skills.
