The work separates the winners from the losers in life.Build a habit around what is is you want to accomplish.The action itself may not actually get you where you want to go but doing the action over and over again will certainly help point you in the right direction. For example, say you want to lose weight.; walking is great, but theres obviously more to weight loss then just doing steps. However, walking every single day, getting up early to WALK, might eventually turn into waking up every single day to go to the gym. From there, maybe you're empowered and confident enough to start cleaning up your nutrition a little. It’s about the virtue of discipline. It’s about your committing to the habit.
