Heather Currier Hunt, IDEO’s Senior Global Director of Learning & Development, spends her time designing experiences to help employees build skills to be successful and manage change. Heather's empathy in helping others navigate transitions derives in great part from her needing to rebuild her life after losing her toddler daughter, Willa, to cancer. As we approach the one-year anniversary of living with COVID and come to terms with its deep toll across our lives, Heather shares how she survived her loss, what resilience truly is, and the power of storytelling.
