Listen "Embarrassment - Modern Matters Podcast - Episode 19"
Episode Synopsis
Everyone has experienced embarrassment at some point in their life. We've all been there when we feel like the world is watching us and want to crawl into a hole and never come out. Embarrassment is a feeling that we all experience at some point in our lives, and it can be a difficult emotion to deal with. However, for some people, embarrassment can lead to anxiety and fear. This feeling can be especially true for those more sensitive to criticism or who have experienced a lot of embarrassment. For these people, the embarrassment can be overwhelming and lead to feelings of self-doubt and insecurity.
The good news is that embarrassment is a feeling that we can overcome. The key is recognizing the emotion and taking steps to move past it. One way to do this is to focus on the positive aspects of the situation. For example, if you made a mistake, focus on what you learned from it and how you can use that knowledge to do better in the future.

The hosts of the Modern Matters Podcast want to share a message of conversation that allow us growth, humility and awareness.
