Episode Synopsis
Season 2 is titled Calming the Messy. We will be breaking the year up into a 4-part series. The 1st series is called Small Actions, Big Changes. This month we focus on wellness habits that align with our goals. We would like to preface before we get started that we are by no means an expert in the field of wellness, but we are super passionate about the subject and want to share our experiences. Our hope is to start a conversation around the idea of what wellness looks like to us, but also to use this platform as a way for us all to continue to grow.
