Four-star defensive end Micah Nickerson and safety Tony Forney decommitted from the University of Missouri football program on early signing day, choosing Mississippi State and Pittsburgh respectively. This follows four-star running back Terry Hodges switch to Arkansas earlier in the week. Nickerson, a Magnolia, Mississippi native, had initially committed to Mississippi State before joining Mizzou, but ultimately returned to his home state school. The decommitments have impacted Mizzous recruiting class, which now ranks thirty-one nationally and is expected to sign nineteen players.
