Listen "EP 252: Imposter Syndrome with UN Leadership Mentor Cathy Holt"
Episode Synopsis
Did you know …? Men will apply for a job if they feel they know 40-50% of requirements, Women will wait until they know 90%, and they feel more pressure to show up. Education does not necessarily make a great leader/employee, but ALL experience teaches us how to be better. Women need to know that they have what it takes. The calling inside can override the circumstances and make a way. Be a continuous learner, communicate effectively, and structure your message as a win-win. Create alliances and a strong sense of community. Volunteer! A paid position has limitations (not in my job description) but being a leader in a volunteer position is exceptionally valuable, both for yourself and your community. Learn strong communication skills, value & respect humanity, be appreciative & generous in and out of corporate structure. Trust yourself and know that you have what it takes to lead, follow, be supportive … whatever your choice, or whatever necessary action is required from you.Website: https://catherine-holt.com/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/catherine.holt.56https://www.instagram.com/cathyhts/
