Rules? More like guidelines. We all do things in a different way, we figure out how to do it according to us. Sometimes, we have to figure out a way around the rules.

Do you communicate differently than others? Yes. We all think and process in different ways, but can get to the same answer. Maybe you work with someone analytical and highly logical but you are a creative dreamer. You think different, but you can still get the same answer.
