On today's episode we are talking about the tangled web that is body image/self image/self worth. Basically, 28 minutes of me stumbling through words, getting mad at the air conditioning, and talking about things that I have no authority on! Listen to hear me switch topics 10 minutes in, give funny/sad anecdotes about my experiences, and say "like" a million times. 
In all seriousness, this is an extremely important topic. I hope this inspires conversations about self image with others. These types of chill, chatty episodes are made to just reflect on... life, I guess. Or, if you need a little company:)
