Episode Synopsis
A soothing practice to gentle your energy tone. Starting with Spinal Washing/Golden Light, we illuminate our bodies while clearing energy residues. We practice our sadhanna with the addition of the Complete Breath and Rhythmic Breathing. This brings us to physical ease, using the Golden LIght to support any body area that needs attention. We also recognize our emotional flow and learn how to keep that flow without repetitive energies. Then we meet mental fluidity allowing our minds to smooth. We then release our personality level reality, moving into the higher realms of Light. From this vantage point we practice our subtle sensing of Light, receive a down pouring of illumination from above. We finish by sharing this pristine, clear light with another person, recognizing our connection to all humanity and all creation.
