Since 1984, Greg Notestine, DDS has been successfully treating tongue- tied infants and now limits his practice to diagnosing and treating newborns, infants, children, and adults, and teaching and lecturing about tongue-tie and other oral restrictions, (collectively referred to as TOTS—Tethered Oral Tissues). He is a founding member of the International Affiliation of Tongue-tie Professionals (IATP), the Dental Director and volunteer dentist at The Good Neighbor House in Dayton, OH, and is also a member of ICAP, International Consortium of Ankylofrenula Professionals.
