Since 1984, Greg Notestine, DDS has been successfully treating tongue- tied infants and now limits his practice to diagnosing and treating newborns, infants, children, and adults, and teaching and lecturing about tongue-tie and other oral restrictions, (collectively referred to as TOTS—Tethered Oral Tissues).
