This podcast does deep into the mind, our memories (DNA), how language (code) influences our operating system and provides solutions to integrate meditation-yoga as a way of being present. Breath is a way life and it continues in-between any practice we engage in. Essentially this is a refinement of the master teachings the universe has provided me with through the reflections: the mirrored image(s) - this is where Self imagination comes into play. Utilizing our mental faculties in order to set sail and reach any destination we desire. The body is the most ancient technology on Earth.
