Welcome to Elevenses with Yen! What or who is an elevenses? Well, you'll have to listen to find out! What I can tell you is that it is the title to a new series on my podcast where I get to leave a little audio message every single day for whoever wants to listen. It's the beginning of a year and a series, so I started it off with a little intro into why I decided to do a daily series, the meaning behind the name, and what I plan on doing on this series.
