I loved the Hope blend by doTERRA so much that I decided to create a meditation to go with it. Of course this meditation can be used with or without essential oils. If you are going through a hard time, or know someone who is, maybe this meditation will offer you and your loved one some hope. This meditation begins with an excerpt from Streams In The Desert Daily Devotional and then moves into many powerful, hope-filled verses from the Holy Bible.
