Martin is a technologist, international speaker, best-selling author, podcaster, and a proud retired US Naval Officer. Through her experience in technology management and consulting including 20+ years of work as a computer programmer and 10 years as a cyber intelligence analyst, Trina has seen how minor miscommunications at work can lead to major problems.   She now works with small and medium-sized organizations to help them use secure communication technology solutions to elevate their operations. She is also a coach and mentor to women of color in tech who want to pursue and excel in leadership positions.
