Episode 2 in our series, How God Explains Everything. Patrick leads us in a discussion of an argument for God's existence from the existence of contingent beings. Contingent beings are those that exist but might not have existed. It seems like the only explanation for the existence of contingent beings is the existence of a necessary being (who could bring them about). That's the start of the argument we discuss.
