Hello everyone. This is a quick introduction into my potcast called mentally dealing with puberty. This potcast is meant for both parents and teenagers. I will be talking about the challenges I go through and have gone through as a teenager and how I dealt with the situation. I want to help all my teenagers out there to live happy teenage years and know that your not alone.
