His therapeutic career started out at a crisis line as well as a local agency where he counseled teenager and families. He has spent most of his career in private practice counseling adults and specializing in relationships. Jeff co-founded a progressive national therapist directory, TherapyDen.com, in 2017. He started posting mental health tips on TikTok and Instagram where he’s garnered over one million followers.
