Sam Tyrer and Lindsay Irwin from Change Talks join Mick Coyle in the studio to talk about the work they’re doing in Lancashire schools.


Sam set up the organisation after his own battle with depression, and now shares his story with young people.


Lindsey is a trained mental health nurse.


They’re hoping to expand their work across the North West, and tell Mick about some of the issues they deal with in classrooms.
