Tom's incredibly honest account gives an insight into the journey in and away from suicidal thoughts, and shines a light on the thought processes that engulf the mind during such difficult times.

After a family intervention, medication, and a period of recovery, Tom is now spreading positive messages about mental health through the Proper Mental Podcast - named after Tom's attempts to explain how he was feeling during his darkest times.
