Hi Everyone, I decided to do podcast on how to cope with pain. I find in life we are not taught how to deal with pain and when it does come, it becomes so overwhelming and difficult to overcome. I share my personal life experience and daily activities I did that helped me get through each day. I want to let you know, it is possible to get through all difficult situations, no matter how hard they may seem. Life is unfair to everyone, you are not alone in your struggle and they are good people out there who can help you.
