"We've actually worked with her several times. We've always had positive experiences. We have worked with other people, but have always comes back to her. That speaks to her capabilities. One time we bought a house that ended up having a power of attorney involved. We had to get a lawyer involved, and ended up having to go through legal hurdles. She kept us informed and was the go-between so we didn't have to worry about making sure their side of things got figured out. That would probably be the most successful transaction and her value really shines through. She has a great personality and is really good at what she does. We have worked with other people, but have come to depend on her exclusively because she goes the extra mile."
